Hi, I’m Hannah Wilder — holistic chef and founder of Pneuma’s Kitchen.

What began as a lifelong passion for nutrition and the art of cooking has grown into a deeply personal service for those who value wholesome, intentional food in the midst of a busy life. Pneuma’s Kitchen is my offering to individuals and families seeking vibrant, nourishing meals rooted in both flavor and function.

As a creatively driven chef with a diverse culinary background, I’ve explored a wide range of cuisines and dietary approaches. This experience allows me to craft thoughtfully customized meals for a variety of nutritional needs — from plant-based to gluten-free, low-FODMAP, keto, and beyond.
